Thanksgiving Turkey Gravy

You know that if we put our name on it, this really is the Bes'Dam Turkey Gravy possible.

We start with our rich turkey broth, then season it with sage and other Holiday herbs. We then slightly thicken it with a butter & flour roux, and finish it with a generous splash of sherry.

Traditional and delicious...Grandma says this is better than hers!
