• We don't pick for them...when your recipient redeems their gift, they'll choose only the soups that they want. They may pick from the complete Bes'Dam Soup Menu.   
• On the date that your recipient chooses, their soups begin shipping. They're shipped each month in an insulated container by UPS or Fedex at no additional cost.
