This shrimp and lobster bisque contains delectable pieces of shrimp folded into our rich, sherry-cream lobster bisque.  Our most popular soup, this is also a huge hit at food shows and festivals!

Ingredients

Lobster broth, milk, cream, tomato puree, sherry, butter, flour, shrimp, sea salt, and seasonings.

    I'm finally getting around to eating this soup. I decided to use it as a pasta sauce on tortellini. I"m not sure if I will have enough left by the time the water boils for the pasta! SO DELICIOUS. I wish I hadn't waited so long to try it! Keep making this good stuff and I will keep buying it. YUMMY!

    It is difficult to select a favorite from the excellent line of soups offered by Bes Dam Soup. I do think that the shrimp and lobster bisque is our favorite. This is tablecloth, silver and candle quality ... or Sunday night supper in your favorite soup mugs. The sherry in the bisque gives it that "What is that wonderful flavor?" quality. This soup is perfect for any occasion. Our daughter gave us a Christmas gift of Bes Dam Soups. We are the typical "hard to buy for" seniors, who really do not need anything. But, this is a terrific gift idea. From the minute the beautifully packaged soup arrived, till we served it to ourselves or guests, the experience was delightful. It was fun selecting the different soups each month, and we loved every one. Ed is so nice to deal with .. and goes the extra step to make sure customers are happy. Give this gift for Christmas to any age, any peprson...I can assure you they will be pleased. And, be sure to order the SHRIMP AND LOBSTER BISQUE ...you will enjoy it to the hilt. Thank you.
