Orders of $100 or more are eligible for free ground shipping. This method ships to most eastern US destinations within 2 days to prevent thawing of items. If ground shipping to your destination is expected to exceed 2 days, we will contact you and offer to either charge extra to have it arrive within 2 days, or offer to cancel and refund your order.  Whichever you choose.

When you place an order, our system estimates shipping charges and delivery dates based on the shipping options you choose, your shipping destination and the total weight of your order. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

The weight of each product can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Our products are heavy and we do our best to provide you with the best shipping costs available on the market. We are constantly reworking our shipping agreements with our suppliers to give you, the best prices available.

Please note that all orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday to ensure quality freshness. Any orders placed after Tuesday may not ship until the following week.

Bes'Dam Soup uses biodegradable boxes to protect your package and the environment.  Please recycle the content of your package. 

We have mastered the art of packaging items in the same box, do not worry about your package, your delicious food will be delivered to you safely.
