So in this day and age of internet sharing, we at Bes'Dam Soup love that we are able to share our mouthwatering soups, meats, pasta, desserts and more. But that just isn't enough for us, we just didn't want to stop at sharing our products. This is why we setup this page, Bes'Dam Nation!

Seafood Satisfaction

Being newly married and having a new home, we love having dinner parties. Living on the water, we wanted to have a Seafood type party to close out the summer. So a week before the party, my husband had this really good idea (yup, it happens) to order a batch of the Shrimp & Lobster Bisque (which he loves).

After a few minutes of browsing your "Bes'Dam Stuff" section, he noticed that you had Swordfish Steak (which I love), 10, 8oz. amazing steaks for under $100, I immediately said yes. Since we were feeding 5 couples, we ordered the clams casino appetizer (yummy), the breaded shrimp appetizer, the Shrimp & Lobster Bisque and the package of 10 swordfish steaks. A few days later, this little package arrived on our doorstep. We were ahead of schedule for our party. :)

It wasn't until we started to preparing the food, did we realized that, one, we had to much food and two, we needed a sauce for the swordfish steak. Then I though, ok, I can cut some lemon and put it on each dish. But then it happened, my husband spilled a little of the Shrimp & Lobster Bisque over one of the dishes I was plating. We both looked at each-other and knew! That's the sauce. It was perfect.  Bes'Dam Soup, you were the hit of my party. Everyone raved about the "sauce". One of the husbands even said "I'd eat this sauce in a bowl like soup". We both smiled and had a moment together. I just wanted to share that with you. You made it our Bes'Dam Dinner Party ever!
